Im going to pass on that one haha.
I've lost count of the amount of times I've invited you on lol, if you don't like the narrative you can change it. But as NSFB says I suggest you listen to it first considering we were quite positive on Liverpool.

Bit chirpy mate considering he scored in Barca's champions league win over Atletico the other day while Real Madrid got beat 2-0 by a mid-table Bundesliga team.
Ah thanks it had gotten quiet wasn't sure what he was up to. He must be topping the scoring charts in UCL and La Liga given the amount of attention he was getting? Haven't heard much.

Ended up playing left midfield and we lost 1-0. Conceded a pretty poor goal from a corner. It was good fun though and a few people told me that it looked like I had been playing all my life so that was a positive. Struggled massively though with being sick, couldn't run anywhere near as well I wanted to in the first half and came off shortly after half time.

I came off the bench in our game when we were down 3-1. We won a penalty and scored and made it 3-2. Then our CB (he's really good but a bit arrogant because he's playing lower grade than he should be) tried to take someone on and got caught on edge of box and they scored. Then I set up a goal and it was 4-3 before they hit us on counter in last few minutes to win 5-3. We were up 1-0 at HT. There was 7 goals in the second half. Ridiculous.

We were up 1-0 and had a horrendous penalty call to give them the equaliser - players were jostling as attacker ran into box, ref had clear view, let play go on, we broke with the ball, and the linesman (who was an amateur from their club, no qualifications or anything) was screaming bloody murder so ref brought it back for the pen. If you have a clear view and don't think it's a pen, ESPECIALLY when the AR isn't a qualified ref, you aren't meant to let them overrule you. They're there for out calls and at most off sides, nothing more. So rotten.

We then had a break at the end to score an equaliser (we'd been pressing up and they scored a second on the counter) and I was through on goal and ref blew the whistle. Was absolutely filthy.

If it's Amatuers, there is no reason for the referee to listen to the linesman... That's poor on the refs behalf.

Exactly. For instance, he was my AR for the previous game, and when he called fouls I listened because A) He was neutral, B) He knew the laws of the game. This old bloke was just one of the Dads I think and wasn't even running the line properly. Doubt the foul - if there was one - was even in the box.
