This could have been very nasty, possibly fatal. What an absolute moron!
What evidence is there that he was going to walk into a rotor? The images show the steward is a good distance from Gray in that second shot (if you see the full image), he merely appears to be telling him which way to go and guiding him with touch due to the noise of the helicopter... Have more respect for your own players, please!
Also, this is kind of a silly point off the back of this - but the fact they're flying around in helicopters and stuff... This is where I was going way back when I pointed out that the overwhelming riches of the EPL and the UCL teams make it less surprising that a low down team can take on the top. UCL teams are sucking up a lot of talent (especially in hoarding young players) and then you have a rich league like the EPL where any team can offer very good wages to the next tiers of players so there is a simultaneous weakening of the big English clubs as teams like Monaco and PSG have poached big name players; and a strengthening of the lower teams as more money flows into every EPL club, allowing Stoke, West Ham, etc to get good players.
Having said that, Leicester obviously managed to play the perfect hand. Kante and Mahrez the big stand outs, but remember they had Cambiasso last season who proved very useful. I wonder if he's regretting not signing for a 2nd year. LCFC obviously aren't!
Another fun thing to remember about the 2010 takeover at the Foxes. Sven Goran was in charge before Pearson, for a year in 10/11. They were also Champions when they got promoted.
Now I wonder how the film will address perhaps the 2nd or 3rd most influential
sex tape in history...
