I don't know, I trust the family that's lived across the road for many decades. You're absolutely right that they obviously wouldn't be privy to the business discussions though of course.

If you just google 'Chelsea Twickenham' there's plenty of stuff. Not claiming its going to happen, but there is conversation between the two parties about it.

Theres also a couple of posters on another site who claim to be ITK saying we are still in 'talks'
