I don't see why Belgium deserve to be there. As with Brazil.
Brazil came 4th in the recent world cup. Belgium shouldn't be that high but are close to the top 10. all pretty subjective stuff. Having Belgium in the top 10 is far more reasonable than England, Romania, Wales, Columbia imo.

Well when you take into account Colombia's WC and recent COPA showing, is top 10 unfair?

But yes, subjective.

Romania and Wales in the top 10

Interesting. Are they multi gazillionaires?

WBA to break into top 4?
Doing a bit of googling this morning, Wang Jianlin and the Dalian Wanda Group seems to be mentioned most.

He's worth about £13bn (richer than Abramovich) and the group already owns 20% of Atletico Madrid.

Whether the takeover will happen, and how they would run the club remains to be seen I guess.

Very interesting though.

Interesting. I wonder why they would be interested in West Brom of all teams?? If they are looking a buy an EPL club, surely they could find better opportunities.

Cheap with a decent stadium. They could go the mike ashley route or the Sheikh route without the initial expense of buying a club of Liverpool's size.

consistent premier league club
good fans
good squad with room to build
plus the potential to dominate the west midlands area

factor in your could get them for a much more reasonable price than others (newcastle) and don't come saddled with the debts of others (villa) it would be a good little buy with all the money coming into the league.

Romania and Wales haven't lost an international game in the last 12 months. The rankings are far from perfect but it's not like they've just pulled these teams from a hat.

Actually more amusingly, since the rankings are an average based on the weighting of the matches you play, theoretically speaking you can lose ranking points despite winning all your games. Sometimes the best way to improve your ranking is not to play at all.
