Talking mainly about Asia, not Australia.

Regardless, you'd think a football mad country like Thailand would be able to fill a 50k stadium for Chelsea straight after winning the title. Two years ago Liverpool played in front of a full crowd at the same ground. Seems like the whole 'Big Prem League club vs National All Star XI' is losing its zing.

They get EPL teams every year. It's nothing special anymore. Climate in July doesn't help either for watching football.

The team hard at it again today. Melbourne been very accommodating letting them use some facility and putting the big RM logo everywhere

Have you attended one of their training sessions so you can heckle Bale yet?

Sheikh Mansour just wants to make sure you get maximum exposure so you can pay back the money you owe him.

Oh Phil!!!

FOOTIE star Phil Neville promised to immerse himself in local culture when he joined La Liga side Valencia as a coach.

But he hardly covered himself in glory when he tried to tweet fans in Spanish to tell them how he had started his day with an early morning jog on the beach.

The former England man, 38, was shot down on Twitter when he told his 1.2 million followers: “Corrida de la mañana en la playa de empezar el día.”

Because far from meaning run, corrida is crude Spanish slang for ejaculate.

The former Man Utd and Everton midfielder’s embarrassing post quickly spread across the internet, being retweeted nearly 1,000 times before he could delete it.

Neville, brother of Sky Sports pundit Gary, 40, was capped by England 59 times.

If you can, put money on this number change.
Probably stating the obvious, but it's fair to say he's staying then.

Big turnout for Real Madrid open training. The next one is Monday with the 2 other teams for 2 for the price of one.

They played 4 3 3 with Bale right, Ronaldo got a hatty. Later Bale looked more dangerous from the left in crossing and 4 2 2. No sign of 4 2 3 1 or Cr7 as striker yet.

Bale got sung happy birthday by the crowd, good times. Ramos played in the bibs team and failed at a scissor kick. Ronaldo came out last and strutted the MCG.

Cr7 mastered the sherrin with ease. Had no problems converting a penalty past Trent Cotchin with it.

Rafa came out earlier than the rest, examined the pitch but didn't seem impressed.
