For me Giggs reputation came from longetivity, moments of brilliance and his trophy cabinet.

Don't think he's ever been at the level of others.

For me I'd look at Schmeichel, Ferdinand, Vidic, Neville, Cantona, Ronaldo, Scholes, Keane, RVN that have claims.
