Is Conte a bit of a manchild? I find his ott celebrating a bit odd
He never sits down, he is even rarely flat footed during a game. He is not like Klopp who is a proper idiot, Klopp will be sitting down and then a goal goes in and he jumps up off his chair and starts losing it. I watched Conte in charge of Italy at the Euros in France. I am happy Chelsea have found a nice coach as I like the stadium and the area around Stamford Bridge, they deserve some success again.

Was down the other end. But was a good game.

And a pretty enjoyable first up A League experience.

That was one of the worse games of the season so I guess bodes well for you if you enjoyed it.

Really?

I love the A-League and obviously I'm a City fan, but that was one of the most boring games of A-League football I've seen. The tempo and intensity was poor because of the heat and both teams regularly misplaced passes and had little quality.

A lot of managers don't sit down, but don't go bat shit crazy after every goal. Was entertaining at first, but now i am like calm the **** down you eejit

I'm sure he didn't have much to celebrate when you played them so not sure the issue.

8 La Liga players in the 2016 UEFA team of the year. No EPL player made the cut. Lacks Bale though. Zidane98 Suarez failed to make the team too.
UEFA hates the PL though. With the Chinese league now threatening they may finally start getting behind their crown jewel though ;)

What a stupid comment

Huh?

You're commenting as if he was dancing around celebrating goals in the last game? Which he didn't?

If he wants to celebrate Chelsea scoring goals what's the issue?

"In the last game"? I made no such distinction.

I'm just saying he appears a bit of a five year old with his celebrations. I like him though, just find that part of his character a little juvenile.

I guess I'm a 5 year old then, I love it when we score.

Most people who go to matches behave the same way.

Why?

You're the one having a go at a manager celebrating whenever his side scores.

So I can only assume you remain completely nonchalant whenever your side scores, no?
Are you also unable to make distinctions?

Most managers celebrate goals - but they don't run up and down the touch line every time they do, even when they're already four goals up which I've seen him do.

In the great countries of the world, leaders act with a measure of a decorum and dignity. That's partly what makes them leaders. Conte lacking in these departments

Disrespectful to celebrate scoring, hahaha.

Come off it WR, your boys won, why are you the one melting?

Conte must be such a shit leader, can only imagine how many points clear they'd be if he was a decent one!

I can see where WR is coming from, in that it can be disrespectful to celebrate in front of the opposition manager etc. But does Conte do that? I don't recall so.

Also a football manager, a game that has passion and emotions, isn't really a comparable position to a leader of a country.

I've known a lot of Aussies in my time, and I understand why you all love this side of Conte because it speaks to the "in your face" nature of your inherent psyche. However, those of us who are a tad more refined, do find such outward displays of emotion, particularly by those who lead, as undignified and ill mannered. You speak of passion, that's fine, but you should be able to exert some measure of control over it. I think this disagreement is what you would call a culture clash to be honest
