Good player than Kun.

What about just league only out of interest?
Oh and OT Milner the best left back in England. Deary me. Put the bottle down son, especially before you hop on the keyboard.

Oh God what's he done now. I think he's close to certifiable that bloke

Not sure mate. He scored two in the Europa and 1 in the Cup. Not sure if there have been others.

How? You've barely had any threats and he hasn't had to do much there apart from slot a few penalties.

Fullback is generally not the first position people notice when watching other teams as a casual observer, but Bellerin has impressed me from what I've seen of Arsenal.

"Chances created by full backs this season. (Sky)

1. Clyne (13)
2. Milner (12)
3. Bellerin (6)"

"No fullbacks in Europe's top five leagues have created more chances this season than Milner and Clyne. (25)."

Quite impressive considering the quality of the sides we've played so far this season, and the number of games we've played away from home. You'd expect these 2 would've been pushed onto the back foot a bit more than they have been. I think the work rate and tactical understanding of the midfield unit has given Milner & Clyne the freedom to push forward more which is probably why we're seeing them rack up these sort of statistics, it'll be interesting to see how they go if/when that midfield unit finally lose a battle in the centre of the park.
What ADL said. You also said he hasnt played at LB that much which again isnt true. Every game he has played at LB when starting. Which is 5 league games and 1 cup game.

The chance creation stat on top of scoring three goals and two assists. Well he's easily the LB of the season thus far.

Left backs are defenders first. Good on him for creating chances but you haven't kept a single clean sheet.

You're not seriously talking up his goals are you? He takes penalties...

Just noticed that this is the first year in quite some time that there are no English champions league winning teams in the champions league.

C'mon Gill, earn your paycheck son.
Yeah, but this.

Blame those pesky small time City clubs and the perrenial CL chokers Arsenal

It is. UEFA seem to think it was a different competition when you did it.

Haha no they don't. If they did both Liverpool and Bayern wouldn't have been awarded trophies permanently for winning it 5 times.

I'm only going off Opta Joe. Take it up with him

Amazing there's so many scousers on here considering they've never won a PL title.

That's not actually true.

They're talking about the first two games ever for the club, not first two games in the season. I know Arsenal did that three years ago.

100% in the Champions League, 5 points ahead of 3rd, with heavy potential to go a game clear off the top next time around... Don't know what you mongs were going about with this CL business, I love it! Lol.

Not an outrageous claim by any means. Maybe not the best but he's certainly in the conversation at the moment which in itself is impressive given he only started playing the role what, 2 months ago? His link up play down the left has been very good and in terms of chance creation we're not just talking about a player getting down to the goal line and aimlessly blasting crosses in, he's playing intelligent passes and creating high quality scoring opportunities.

Defensively you could argue that in the Spurs game he might have put Dier under more pressure as he crossed the ball for their
goal but it wasn't what I'd call a howler, and I guarantee you could find passages of play like that for every other full back in this discussion. Aside from that my impression has been that he's read the play well and generally made good decisions defensively. Again, the only caveat I'd place on him at this stage would be that despite the quality of opposition we've faced so far, our midfield dominance has meant that he hasn't spent much time on the back foot and hasn't had his defensive prowess really tested yet.
