Sad stat or odd stat is that this ACL injury will have caused him to miss more games from injury then the rest of his Career

Nice little recollection of that game 8 years ago to the day. Some awful defending that game but some fantastic goals. Arshavin's 4th was glorious, hell of a finish.

He was unplayable that day, scored the winner the year after at Anfield too if I recall correctly. 5 goals in two games there. And not much else everywhere else, one of football's great recent enigmas.

is it worth it though? say he recovers around jan/feb at probably the absolute best, you have 3 months of the season left, presuming he goes around with utd again. wouldnt be too far off 37 by that stage too.

I think he's done with Man U but if he still wants to play football a lower league would love him. Maybe MLS or something.

Just been thinking about where Zlatan could go next season and I wonder if Zlatan to Monaco would be a destination for him. They're bound to lose a few stars this season and playing in France wouldn't be a new thing for him.

Can see him preferring staying in Europe over a move to America.

Don't see why not. He'll be back in early 2018 which fits in well with the Chinese league starting in March.
