Is it illegal or just dodgy?
Will have to wait and see whether any of their other players get in trouble I guess. Given the recent history of advice given to Barca and Real players, I think it's safe to assume that it was dodgy at best.

OK, if anyone cares at all about the Peter Czechoslovakia Trophy (Formally the John Stones Paint Trophy), ... eh, who am I kidding, none of you care at all.

Anyway, just to sum up how much of a joke it is, currently the 2nd round games are being played with three exceptions. For reasons I can't figure out, our match against Cheltenham will be played on the 10th of January, more than a month after the first game. I have no idea why, because there should be no reason for this match to be delayed (and if anything its actually going to be worse then if it were to be played now), I'm looking through the fixtures, and I can't see an answer.

Yeah, this competition is getting more and more irrelevant every passing second.

Huh? Leicester wouldnt be in that competition? The Johnstones Paint Trophy is for the lower leagues.

It would be their U23 team. I reckon we should've entered our U23 team but we decided not to for some reason.

I think it had potential to add a bit of interest to the comp but people weren't going to give a chance. The league fining clubs for playing under strength teams (particularly in one case where the under strength team beat I think Stokes U23's) didnt help.

And the big fear that the U23 sides would dominate has proved to be unfounded.

But think the concept is doomed now.

Ronaldo has 73 goals in his last 70 league games.
Messi has 70 goals in hist last 70 league games.
Suarez has 64 goals in his last 70 league games.
Aguero has 57 goals in his last 70 league games.
Lewandowski has 55 goals in hist last 70 league games.
Aubamayang has 54 goals in his last 70 league games.
Higuain has 54 goals in his last 70 league games.
Kane has 50 goals in his last 70 league games.
Griezmann has 44 goals in his last 70 league games.
Neymar has 40 goals in his last 70 league games.
Benzema has 32 goals in his last 70 league games.

I knew he'd done well since 'breaking through' into our team but that's some very good company. He's the youngest on the list too as all those others you'd say are in the peak of their careers.

On the paedo thing, I see it as an illness more than anything. For sure the worst paedo's are a massive danger to children and therefore should be locked up. These coaches though, they are more chancers by the sound of it with a penchant for young men or teenagers. I mean they are perverts, but if you aren't willing to engage then they probably back off. I'm not placing blame on kids in any way, but that is the way of it. There was a paedo who used to employ kids from my school for some printing work. I was never told the bloke was one so when I was introduced to him I was caught unawares. He invited me to see "the equipment" in his garage (the printing stuff) so like a lamb to the slaughter I followed him. When he made his move on me though I made it clear I wasn't interested. He backed off at that point and I never went back there again. Geeza ended up doing jail time and everyone who went there had to give evidence. But as I say, I think these paedo's are more sexual chancers, although my first hand experience is only limited to that one occasion

i agree for some it's an illness, but for a growing number it's a power and dominance thing. they're in a position of authority over the most vulnerable members of society. they're sick, but not all are ill.

Yeah but so many things in life are a "power thing". The ****ers are ill and have lust for young meat. They should be given help for it I reckon. I'm not talking about really sick ****ers like that singer from the Lost Prophets but more men who have the unfortunate liking for boys who have just come into sexual maturity.

Do we here have access to the locations of people on the sex offenders registry?
If not, then that's placing an awfully high level of trust in bureaucrats to not place these people in areas likely to be frequented by children.
