Yeah it's a lot different now to how things were in the 70's and 80's. If you have any record of a sexual offence you won't get employment with children which is quite right. These things weren't in play 30 or 40 years ago. Just talking about the campaigners makes you feel sordid, but I do think there needs to be a conversation around the whole thingDo we here have access to the locations of people on the sex offenders registry?
If not, then that's placing an awfully high level of trust in bureaucrats to not place these people in areas likely to be frequented by children.
