Most clubs have agreed to meet the requirements by the end of this season, although a few have said they won't and are now copping fines. Chelsea saying they will do it when their new stadium is built which makes some sense but also means that for 2-3 years they will remain at less than 50% of the requirement.

Is Xhaka white? I get he isn't black but maybe he was racist towards her for being Anglo?

Not sure what his background is but could be like a European mouthing off at an Anglo Australian and calling them a white bogan bitch for instance
