It's good that they are doing it but womens footballers will never get the same money as men's footballers because they do not bring in the same revenue from crowds / advertising etc etc. That's not discrimination that's just economic reality IMO.
And too many SJW's - my sister included - just don't get this.

Our men play in the 8th tier of football, our women play in the 3rd.
It's definitely not viable for any of the PL clubs but there's no reason it couldn't happen for clubs of a much lower level.
