Are you saying this because you were the fan who got owned by Jones and Neville?

I don't see it as contradictory. As I've said I have no problem with players giving it to the crowd during the game. Always defended players that do it, they cop plenty and should be able to give it back.I didnt overly mind it, he'd been copping it all game. And gave it back when he sealed the game. Went over the top though and it caused a safety problem for others, but can understand his release.
But it seems quite contradictory that you'd condone what he did, but criticise the likes of Neville etc for their actions.
You're really giving me an excuse to post it againBut haven't you said previously you enjoyed (or similar) Adebayor's celebration when he ran to the Arsenal away end after his goal?

Gutless is definitely not the word I'd use. A knob but top bantz.I have no problem if you think Adebayor is gutless for what he did.
Nor do I have a problem with you enjoying Phil Neville getting stuck into City supporters.

I learned pretty early in the piece that I wasnt going to last too long if I let derby defeats get to me too much. I can rationalise them pretty well. Are you saying this because you were the fan who got owned by Jones and Neville?

Someone time-stamp the part where Sterling says "steady bruv" to Pep.

The whole point of supporters giving players stick is to distract them and put them off their game. Why would you actively support your players succumbing to that?I have no problem if you think Adebayor is gutless for what he did.

I have no problems with players that don't get involved with the crowds. Don't think a bit of banter is going to distract someone warming up on the sidelines fwiw. The whole point of supporters giving players stick is to distract them and put them off their game. So it’s changed to “on the sidelines” now from actually being on the pitch? That would make a difference and apologies if I’ve misunderstoodI have no problems with players that don't get involved with the crowds. Yep that's the work of https://twitter.com/WeahsCousin when he was in a bit of a twitter fight with Neville:I'm 99.9% sure that quote is fake mate.
I think you’ve kind of missed the boat for posting this now mate. And this Colback quote that also tricked many after Newcastle got relegated:
Sorry I don't monitor the forum 24/7, my sincere apologies for adding information.I think you’ve kind of missed the boat for posting this now mate.
