He might have been quiet so far this season but there still aren't many of his age in European football that I would take before him.

He might have been quiet so far this season but there still aren't many of his age in European football that I would take before him.

He made his debut last season and was quiet last season. And apart from starting this season on fire he’s barely been given a chance as a starter. He was out injured a couple of weeks in November and December but for the most part he’s been available. I wonder if he’s fallen out with Zidane not to be given regular starts.

We had this discussion on here before the season started. It might have been Donnarumma. Although I would say that Sane's performances this season put him in that group as well.

I rate Sane highly. He has everything you want in a winger - pace, technical skills, creativity, flair, intelligence, finishing etc. I also don’t seem rate Jesus as highly as everyone else. He benefits from the people around him whereas Sane is more likely to make something out of nothing and break a deadlock.

I never started a thread on Jesus. I just said he didn’t deserve one and he has done nothing to change my mind so I stand by it.

Only special players deserve their own threads. Messi, Ronaldo, Mbappe, Ox, etc.
