With Mignolet and Karius both dreadful at LFC why hasn't Klopp given Danny Ward a chance in goal? He cant be any worse than those other two, he was excellent last year for the Udders and he's only 24, young for a keeper. Who knows, you might find a quality player for free from within, much like Burnley did with Pope.

Karius has been far from dreaful. Has been very good in the CL group stage. Looks like Klopp has decided Migs will never be consistent enough after a superb second half of last season.

He'll give Karius 6 months to prove himself as he is still very young himself in GK terms. A new keeper will be bought in July if Karius can't make the #1 spot his and Ward will remain as the backup keeper.

Not in the CL, I thought he performed quite well. Error against Spartak away the only real blemish. Klopp rates him, he is only 24. Has the rest of the season to claim the #1 spot long term. He goes too if he isn't good enough.

That average income thing really annoys me.

With the amount of TV money in the game prices should have come right down.

The £30 for an away ticket was a good start, but really you shouldn't have to pay more than that for any non corporate/hospitality seat.

And each club should commit to a % of much cheaper tickets. Make it a game for all.

Every single goalkeeper in the world lets goals in they shouldn't have. Ie Ederson for City's 4th.

Think the critism of Karius on the first goal is a bit harsh. Yes he probably should have done better but the defending was far, far worse.

Karius really hasnt had a long enough run in the side to determine whether or not he has a future with us. Probably why Klopp is handing him the keys now to see how he goes over the back half of the season. Then we can make a call in the summer on whether or not to bring in a new first choice GK.

Didn't watch all of the game last night but a few things came up with VAR. I believe a decent penalty shout wasn't referred to VAR. So it's not going to end all the problems.

But there was one instance where William was put through and got called offside. Keeper stood up and Willian took a half hearted shot.

Now if that shot went in, would it have been referred to VAR and goal given even though everyone had pretty much stopped playing?

Then you say, Willian, Gunn and the Norwich defence shouldn't have stopped playing but there's a fine line between that and a booking for time wasting.

For me there wasn't a great difference between Kelechi's goal on Tuesday and Williams chance on Wednesday. But where I thought the decision was right on Tuesday it would have been harsh on Norwich on Wednesday.
