Has anyone here had window awnings installed to their place? I ask as I'm contemplating biting the bullet and going full reverse cycle ductive air system installed in my house (as it's hot as fu** everyday). It's an older home and the insulation isn't great, however my old man is adamant that heat through the glass is what's causing it, therefore recommending me to buy awnings to install on the outside. Anyone had a similar situation? any recommendations would be much appreciated :)
Dad had the pull down canvas ones on his house they did a good job
Im about to get plantation shutters put in
More about privacy than heat but they will stop the afternoon sun too

You will fit in well in here if you just want to piss and moan about the weather.

Sydney can indeed GAGF. Massively overrated.

Nah... ive had some lovely breaks in Sydney. Climbing the bridge, show at the opera house, tour of the opera house.. white water rafting at the Penrith.. all fun.

But would i want to live there. No ******* way, id rather go live in Beirut.

It's funny how temperature wise today was supposed to be the hottest day this week but it ended up being the nicest because we didn't have the fecking humidity.
