Vaccination massively drops the amount of people who require hospitilisation and die so that system doesnt collapse. Once thats the case you can kind of go back to normal

Eventually there will be enough issues with quarantine hotels for people to start pointing the finger at the person running it.

We need dedicated facilities fit for purpose with staff that are kept on site and paid accordingly.

Or we can keep having issues like this, I'm sure the cost of the lockdowns would pay for the extra costs of a dedicated facility away from the city with staff that go home at the end of the day.
