Red Rooster, Oporto and Chicken Treat — which are all owned by leading private equity firm Archer Capital — have been snapped up by PAG Asia Capital, one of Asia’s leading investment firms.
The takeaway staples, which all operate under parent company Craveable Brands, were sold in a deal “valued at about $500 million”, according to Smart Company.

Hopefully they bring Chicken Treat over East!

Chicken Treat is way inferior to Red Rooster

People on Meth are anything but zombies. It's like the member for Scarborough and current opposition leader is out of touch or something.

Remember the good old days of heroin addicts? They were like sloths. Never all supercharged and able to crush a head like a melon. Just all pathetic and lethargic begging for money.

The city might be more vibrant and 'clean' if leasing a tiny retail space in some dingy arcade didn't cost your life savings.

Perth always focuses on attracting developers and not businesses. Elizabeth Quay looks great but what's there? An ice cream shop, a burger place and a bar? As soon as those places start to go quiet they'll close their doors. Soon we'll have a Ritz-Carlton that about 0.1% of locals will go to. I went to Yagan Square on Friday and it was about as busy as you'd expect to see on a regular weeknight rather than a Friday before an AFL game. I'm not surprised the businesses in there are bleeding money.

Forrest Place is pumping from around October to March when the food thing is on. People hang around and get something to eat, listen to some music, go shopping, get a drink etc. Why? Because it's nice to be outside that time of year and you can get something to eat for $10-15 without the stallholders going broke. Make that a permanent fixture year round and charge businesses 6 figures to be there and watch it die... SMH

Must have been an anomaly if Yagan Square was quiet on Friday night. Every time I've been there at various parts of the year there has always been something on and plenty of people milling about. Was there before the Dockers v Lions game a month or so ago and there was still a vibe.

Oh the city has some good deals. My mate is moving from his little space in carillion to the opposite side (can't remember the mall name. The old English shitty one) for about 35k less per year Which means he'll be able to have days off and hire someone to do 2 shifts a week rather then every day by himself

London Court?

Well the good old days are back. Use of heroin has increased dramatically in the last twelve months. Meth users have worked out that they work nicely together when tweaking and crashing
