I actually don't mind it and it's better than Sydney but Victoria and in particular Melbourne is probably the most comically overrated place in the country by the people that live there. WA is comfortably better.

Different strokes for different folks. You may not like living here but there are a great many that do. For all you know the novelty of Melbourne could wear off in a couple of months - should never let a door hit you on the way out - you never know when you may need to open it again.
