Could be worse, could live in the KGB.

I'm surprised that these suburbs haven't been given a name change. Shouldn't be long before residents are moved on and new developments started given how close to the city it is

Yeah, the old 'hood. Hated Girra SHS but the suburb was generally good for a laugh. I was staying at a mate's place just off Hainsworth ave once and went for a walk to the deli one evening. We watched this one guy pissing all over a front gate, then the very irate home owner running out the front door chasing the bloke off wielding an axe and yelling in Vietnamese or whatever it was. Chased him all the way past the shops and into the park. As two young teens, we thought it was the funniest thing ever.

Nope, not illegal to cut thru a servo

Had a few beers, but seeing 'deli' in this context seemed mildly ill-fitting.

This after I just got ragged on at Dan's for my WA ID.

So confused about my identity.

Anyway, any decent new clubs or decent bars and pubs open up in Perth in the last year? I'm talking Northy to Mt Lawley etc., doubt much has gone in Fremantle bar some name changes (though the Norfolk basement seems really popular?).

I lived in Girrawheen in my late teens. Hated the place . Full of a lot of sad , desperate people. My sister and I caught 3 buses to attend another school in another suburb.
