What's right with it?

Like most places I doubt Silent Alarm has ever been there. I have, plenty of times. It has a Mag wheel warehouse, which is a pretty accurate reflection.

I lived around there for a few years when I was in Perth and didn't have any problems, it's just a fairly average Perth suburb..

Yeah it's like any other run of the mill suburb in the traditional 'outer suburb' belt. Plenty better, plenty worse.
