Without saying a word, you should've just flattened her doughnut boxes with your bag- squish them all way in hard into the back corner of the luggage compartment- then give another two shoves and whacks extra, on behalf of all the other people she's inconvenienced on previous trips! :D
It would've made you feel really, really good.

Then make a bloody quick exit as soon as the plane lands ;)

and I took your advice and bought a white choc doUGHnut and it was DELICIOUS!!! The best doUGHnut that I've ever had from there! Just when I thought I was never EVER going to buy a doUGHnut again...

When I weigh 120kg, I'm coming over your place to smack you!
(But it was sure worth it! I didn't get that "tub of lard" aftertaste - for the first time ever!)

Haha glad you liked it! Yeah the best thing about Dreamy Donuts is they aren't overloaded with sweetness so you don't feel like killing yourself afterwards. PS I'm stealing that pic;)

I just noticed that the white choc doughnuts didn't make it into the photo :( but I was about to be served and I didn't want the bloke behind the counter to see me taking pics of his display cabinet. Made me feel like a teenager. I guess it could've been worse - I could've been taking a selfie :P

Ah, OK, thanks. I can just look Aldi up online to see what they're like in Melb. I have a young friend who's migrated here from over East and she told me that she was so disappointed that we didn't have Aldi here as it was her favourite store.

Go early- pre 10am.
I didn't even look at those- my eyes were glued on the white choc ones and I was busy trying to conceal my phone as I snapped that photo for you. ;)
The white ones look like they're white choc with crushed red and green lollies on top, the others seem to be choc topped with a candy cane.

Mainly to the fact that it was easiest to get a site.

I thought that rule changed a few years ago and that they opened it up to all and sundry. Might be wrong though- I'll check.

Yeah, I'm wrong. The online site says you need to have a business - schools and clubs can get memberships.

Sorry- I really thought things had changed a few years ago. :(
 
They are reinventing the business brand to make it more like Costco and relaxing the entry requirements (eg removing the need to present a business ownership certificate upon registration for membership) but you still need an ABN. Mind you its pretty easy to get these days.

Thanks - I just edited my post above.
I got the application forms 10 years ago but just never joined (we have an ABN). It was always easier to go with someone who had a card, then divvy up the shopping afterward ;)
