Shuffled off to 6NR like all the other dinosaurs.

I got 3 minutes in to the morning show and turned it off after Geoff Hutchison referred to Cameron as a 'rat bag' around 5 times.

Also, on the Brightside I don't have to hear the 'atrocia' ad anymore.

Old Eoin was a Perth radio institution, I can remember him doing breakfast radio back in the 80s, he was still doing the odd guest spot on the ABC so a bit of a shock to hear he's carked it.

RIP Cammo. Amazing how that voice has become part of my life, even though I never met him of course. Used to catch the last half-hour of his show every morning on the drive to work, for a few years.

In keeping with that theme don't know how old you are but in the 70s when i was a kid there was was a statue c affectionately called neville on top of the old Nookenburra bow Bottanica in Inaloo. He used to get his spear stolen regular as clockwork. Also the diving lady at the Bilgonen pool in Glenforrest used to get dressed and or stolen. They take her down in the winter now and shes strapped in for summer. Welcome to Perth.

No problems but oh my, south bound was god awful

Everyone heading South would've had to go through the city, over the Causeway and along Canning Hwy. That would've been horrible.

Funny is watching the ones trying to duck down side streets and other shortcuts to try and avoid it, only to run into the same problem elsewhere.

Nothing to do but be patient at a time like this.

Yeh i saw the crazy traffic on Canning Hwy from North Fremantle.
