I have occasionally heard Bell of an afternoon and I've got to say that I can't see him doing anything but putting people back to sleep

I reckon it's the nature of the lunch programming, they're always pretty boring in content. Bell is a gun though - very funny man.

I was listening to bob maumill and Jo McManus on Sunday morning and she had some really interesting things to say - if only the other one actually shut up for a while and stopped interrupting it speaking over her - it was doing my head in

6PR presenter Peter Bell has jumped ship to work for rival station 720 ABC Perth...

The former Fremantle Dockers captain is expected to replace James Lush on the station’s breakfast show.

Lush took over from late radio ratings king Eoin Cameron in March.

ABC Perth confirmed on Thursday afternoon that Bell would join the station as the Breakfast host “later in 2016”.

Bell currently hosts 6PR’s afternoon timeslot, after taking over from Jane Marwick in August 2013.

Kind of, it evens out the ability to save some cash during the boom. Now would be the time to start building large government projects as costs get depressed but they dont have the funds really.
