What's right with it?
Like most places I doubt Silent Alarm has ever been there. I have, plenty of times. It has a Mag wheel warehouse, which is a pretty accurate reflection.

I lived around there for a few years when I was in Perth and didn't have any problems, it's just a fairly average Perth suburb..What's right with it?

Yeah it's like any other run of the mill suburb in the traditional 'outer suburb' belt. Plenty better, plenty worse.
That's about it. Whilst someone probably wouldn't boast about owing a house there it's hardly 'embarrassing' either..
