Got my first London style taxi yesterday even they have been around for a while

I've heard about these taxi things but I've never actually been able to catch one in Perth..

They're slippery, cunning creatures who are very hard to hunt down.

There have been numerous sightings at the airport where they can be spotted in large numbers and on certain evenings and in the early hours of the morning, they have been known to migrate into the CBD and occasionally Northbridge but many experts deny these claims as being unfounded due to the lack of plausible evidence.

Hi guys not sure if this is the place, but could anyone recommend:
- Good beachy pubs in the Perth region?
- Venue for Australia Day/Hottest 100 (perhaps ties in with question 1)
- Any other good joints (live music, food or just bad ass activites for a group of dudes to do)

I've never understood why people care about having them. Its not like they will be going home with you.

Skimpies are okay but if I want to drink and look at naked girls I'll just go to a strip club.

I went to voodoo lounge once and the girls were putting in half the effort I expected them to.

Not exactly athletes.

Yeah it's a bit awkward when there are girls whose job it is to be naked/half naked and you don't really want to look at them.

On the flipside if there is a girl who is stunning it is like a normal girl walking into an engineering lecture.

Market City Tav has skimpies, and given the shift workers that frequent the joint after work there's a market for them there.

Mind you its the same for most places of the like.

I don't regularly venture to the locals that often though as their not my type of pubs. Prefer to be,around like minded people.

Been drinking at the Malaga for years and have never felt threatened.
Like you say, act like a dick and you will probably suffer the consequence.

The old Castle in North Beach was a scary place to have a beer. Saw a guy basically get scalped there one night in a fight.
