I'm not going to lie, I love going for a walk but tonight when I got home from work, it felt like it was heading in to minus territory. The chill factor in the air was icicle like - felt so weird - anyway, no walk happened - socks and trackies yelled at me from the wardrobe and won the battle

loving the cold atm..every time I feel myself complaining I yhink back to that 7 day 39 degree heat wave in Feb and let out a sigh of relief .

I just thank my lucky stars each day that I don't live in a place like Hobart or Canberra in winter 
I have terrible circulation, so I really struggle on cold days.
I am also very happy that I don't live inland. It gets a lot colder overnight than this in places like Kalgoorlie.

See if you can get a pair of thermal socks- Kmart and Big W sell them, also stores like Kathmandu and Mountain Design have them. That might help- and will be cheaper than Ugg boots

It was beautiful this (late - it was chilly at 7am) morning and this afternoon but as soon as the sun went down it turned freezing.
I can't handle these odd days here and there with a minimum below 10. Perth winters are too harsh.
