Parkwood is the nicer half of Lynwood...

Anyway, the real GT was created during a discussion about where the highest proportion of Asian populations are, which happen to correspond closely with nice places to live. Not every suburb within it is that nice though.

I grew up in Parkwood (in part). That's also where my rental is and it's done very well for me. It's not a bad area like Langford or Thornlie for example.

Hardly.

Anyway, the real GT was created during a discussion about where the highest proportion of Asian populations are, which happen to correspond closely with nice places to live. Not every suburb within it is that nice though.

Unless you mean the original GT, which is where you find lots of wealthy people, businesses and institutions. Nedlands, Subi, Dalkeith, Claremont, Peppy Grove, Mosman Park etc

Make it wider so Ellenbrook could finally be included in something (Midland will rob their way in).

I don't even consider Ellenbrook part of Perth.

Yeah look it probably needs a little tweaking. It was pretty rough and ready. Bassendean does have some nice riverside property but it's also the childhood home of famous painter, tv personality and child molesterer Rolf Harris so that's definitely a big cross.

The real GT is where the Chinese are buying up all the properties and it just lies just south of the Parkwood version.
