There is HomesWest housing in the City of Melville and houses comfortably into the millions. The same applies to the City of Armadale, too.

If I was croweater I'd just look down on anyone not it Peppermint Grove/Dalkeith

I think people forget that Perth hasn't always been as stupidly overpriced as it is now and not everyone that lives in prestige areas carries on like a nobleman.

Normally go to Peel every year to watch West Perth play but cancelled that trip soon enough on Saturday morning. Went to the Woodbridge Hotel near Guilford Grammar and sat in the warmth with some of their homebrew instead.
