I had planned to post the handicaps earlier than usual this week so you’d all have a chance to think about your strategy. I was going to do that last night but was too busy.

Then this morning the tech arrived to install our new high speed internet connection and do some cabling. Long story short we’re still waiting for the modem delivery so we have no internet for a few days, just 5G on the smart phone.

I’ll still post the handicaps later tonight but it will be a crude looking table.

While I am at it we have 27 nominees so far. That’s a healthy number but well down on last year’s 43 players. Notable absentees are past winners StringyDog, dual winner and reigning pieman X_box_X, jaxie1 and Curly5

Possibly a couple of those have disappeared from BF?

I hate doing pieman stuff on my phone but I will try to send a reminder to last year’s list if they haven’t rejoined by tomorrow.

Ok folks here are the handicaps for Round 1.

For this round I’m naming them before the team is announced so I do reserve the right to make a few tweaks in case there are some major surprises… but i think that is very unlikely.

Once again, apologies for the horrible table. I have no home internet until the new modem arrives. Normal service should resume next week.
