Watched the first episode. Didn't hook me like it has some others.

Reviews are great so I'll stick with it and hopefully it improves for me.

You need to go further than the Pilot. I reckon I created this thread about Ep 9

Just realised that Dr King is the daughter of Walter White.

Started this Thursday night. Tore all the way through since and now have to wait 4 days or whatever for the finale...

Obviously loved it, incredibly bingeable. Some awkward character development stuff that stood out a bit too much early on, but other than that it's been a great ride.

Two things I feel I need to share:
1. Dana is a fox
2. Jake is one of the weirdest looking people I've seen

Great final episode. Raw. Just how it is after a signifigant chaotic shift.

I look forward to Series 2, 15 hr sfift over 4th July.
Typically, holiday shifts are full on.

To me it was the surprise hit of the year so far.

I suppose medical drama fatigue had made me think “oh another one, nah not interested”.

This was exceptional.

Few posters mentioning it in the TV thread

So we half way through a 15 episode season based on a one hour real time in an ER

On going real life drama case as well as Chriton’s Estate argue it is ER II.

Anyway it is excellent drama and as a tip for this thread use spoilers as I suspect a lot of people will be catching up on it.

it came up in my service, and i immediately thought its ER!!!! But that youve mentioned its 1 hour real time suggests its like 24 but 1/24 of that

Geez, they capture the intensity well don't they?

Seeing the camera move hurriedly as it follows a cast member on the floor really adds to it.

Episode where all the shooting vics come in is nuts. I half wondered if he was going to call Langdon back in, but seeing him come back upon his own volition will definitely add to that plotline in the future.

Just a 10/10 show.

Will be set on July 4th, so I expect to see the results of drunken fights and probably some fireworks mishaps on top of the usual stuff they could pick from

An ED Chief Resident riding a motorbike without a helmet. Hmmmm... Maybe some self-destructive impulses there, but not a good example. I found the first episode a bit all over the place, and I didn't enjoy it much, but maybe I just need to get to know the characters again.

What got me about that is the shot of him walking into work where he clearly has a helmet attached to his bag. It was so obvious that it must have been on purpose.

It’s either something horrendous about the baby or it is something that is a reminder of a trauma to her in the past.

I thought she may know the baby. My wife said though, there would be no way to identify her.
