Doubtful. If that were the case the Polec would declare Adelaide as his preferred destination, forcing Brisbane to deal with Adelaide exclusively or risk Polec going into the PSD. Would actually strengthen Adelaide's bargaining position.

It must be deflating for your players to know, that they are trade bait, because of Trigg and so called clerical errors. At the end of the day, the Crows may come out of this trade period ok but of the expense of ..............It sounds like its about the best they have been offered.

From what I've heard and read, injuries only played a minor role in Polec's delayed development. The lad simply didn't apply himself as a professional footballer should. I certainly won't be losing any sleep if he goes to the Crows.
