My personal preference for a new scarf would've been 'PORT' on one side and 'NTUA' on the other with whatever colour and/or logo mixes would've looked best.

Went down there today and bought the Showdown guernsey and a New Era beanie. In typical Port Store fashion, only xs and xxl+ were on display, but they had other sizes out the back. Quality purchases regardless.

I couldn't justify the elimination final jumper as I'd just spent $260 on the 2013 version with the names.

But it's only a matter of time now given they keep selling them

I got one simply so I wouldn't thrash my 2013 one.

Same here, now the names PB can be retired with the rest of the collectibles.

I had to choose between a 2014 elimination final heritage, or an SBS heritage. Wasn't much of a choice in the end, especially after seeing how ISC butchered it. If it ever goes cheap, like <$50, I'll get one then.

I had to choose between a 2014 elimination final heritage, or an SBS heritage. Wasn't much of a choice in the end, especially after seeing how ISC butchered it. If it ever goes cheap, like <$50, I'll get one then.

I reckon you should hold out a bit longer. They can't give those things away at the moment. So much for "this should be our permanent home jumper again".

I guess if we do some type of camo guernsey for ANZAC Day similar to GWS this would be the best option seeing its very subtle. Tbh I'd rather just have the ANZAC logo on the guernsey, but if we do go down this path I believe this is the best option.

Perhaps we sell these then a percentage of whatever is made off them goes to an ANZAC charity.

I remember picking up a perfectly fitting 2008 away 2 years ago for $20... I know some hate it, but to me, that was a bargain.

People's deaths shouldn't be exploited for for-profit corporations, the government or sporting clubs - and I'd want a very, very large proportion of money contributed to charities.

Picky I know but I would prefer a current sponsor one with someone who is playing. Went to the club and the line was out the door. To top that, the largest was 2xl and in the sizes they have at the moment I am a 5xl although I was a 2xl at one time. And I have lost weight in the past two years. There weren't many jumpers, anyway. I don't buy much online being near the Port club but they could do with a fast service online store. When I ordered an EF jumper online it took 6 weeks. If I could get an order within a week I'd do most of my purchasing online. I wouldn't mind picking it up and I'm sure most people wouldn't.

Yeah sorry, wasn't trying to have a dig at you! Anzac day is sometimes borderline cringe, especially when commentators liken players to warriors/soldiers going out to battle.
