I was on the store website the other day and i was trying to work out why anyone would would buy a new 2016 guernsey when you can get the 2015 range for $35 less, but now i know why, the new renault logos just made our guernsey even better than it already was. They look sensational.

Love the back. Not sold on the white square for Renault on the clash yet for the front until I see an image front on.
Same here. I really like the back but not the front. Don't you have a picture of the front of the BiB? I assume the same white square? Or is it reversed (i.e. white logo on black)?

The front of the BiB has the regular EnergyAustralia logo and the back of the clash also has the regular EnergyAustralia logo.

Yes, I don't like that. It might be the angle from which the photo was taken but the chevrons look way too short.
It's definitely the angle the photo was taken. Nothing out of the ordinary there. The hanger also causes the guernsey to drop down a bit also. And it's an XS, so there's a bit there not doing it justice.

Don't know what more we could ask from Renault. Impressed with the home gurnsey... *reaches for wallet*

I have that many guernseys now I can dress all my non supporting mates in port gear for games. Slowly winning them over muhahaha

I have that many guernseys I can now create a Port Adelaide v2.0.

Ok not quite. But I have a lot of guernseys.

"Don't know what more we could ask from Renault."
Perhaps the only way to solve it would be just having the Renault badge by itself(silver) on the front without having a square box surrounding it. That way it wouldn't look like it cut out a chunk of the double V and the silver would technically be keeping with our colours. That being said, one could argue that Renault would still want the words "Renault" underneath their badge. If only they had the strength of say Mercedez Benz's logo where it doesn't need the wording below it as a brand. Just need EnergyAustralia to follow that minimalist line of thinking.

Carn, looks great. Sponsors do require some kind of visibility.
The only way around it, while keeping the logo highly visable as you've noted, is to put a thin black outline around the white box. This would make it look like a patch on top rather than a box cutting into the V's.

Here is an example of what I'm talking about on the Freo jumper.

I had hoped after the survey last year that we might be going with the white number panel full-time however it appears that wont be the case, for 2016 at least

There is only one!
To me it just looks like a huge chunk of the 'V' is missing for no reason. Surely there are better ways to blend it in.
The sponsors logo is placed in a very busy/awkward position on our guernsey as it's made up of black, white and teal due to the positioning of the double Vs. If it was just black in that area then white Renault writing would be fine or vice versa and no box would be required.

It sure beats the hell out of yellow anyway.

I think they are very tastefully done. A fine key line around the Renault real estate on the clash would have been better result & surprised it wasn't included but as others have said these are a vast improvement & a lot less detrimental to the overall guernsey design. It's a great result showing how sponsors logos don't have to bastardise - & can actually compliment - a footy jumper. Classy.

The black jumper is God-tier design. I was a bit undecided as to whether or not we should employ the white panel full time, but this seals it for me.

All black. Never go back.

I hated the yellow box on the back of the BiB guernsey. There were times watching sports programs or random highlights videos that i thought for a second I was watching Port, which turned out to actually be St. Kilda with their 13LEDS sponsor on the back. There shall be no more confusion, especially with them having an iced coffee bottle on their jumper now.
