IF I end up getting a PA pocket tee, i'll probably buy it if/when I come to Adelaide. Or wait for a soft style tee.

Now the PA monogram issues seem to be ironed out, what's the chances of reissuing the white PA on the front/Power logo on back black beanie? One of my favourite merch pieces which I lost on the train which I couldn't replace due to monogram bs.

I've used it a few times and it was a week tops to Melbourne. You should have no problems.

It's that damn lightning bolt (LB).

Our brain is focusing on the rectangle rather than the whole thing, including both the rectangle and LB. The LB actually protrudes further out of the left side than the right and this is what is causing the illusionary off-centredness. The image below has a red line to indicate the true half-way point.



Below is centre-aligning the rectangle, which, if you consider how our brains work, is how it should be done.



But wait, there's more!

Let's look at the outline, which is black, which is the same colour as the pocket that it sits on. Usually this shouldn't cause any problems, but because our logo is poorly made, it does.

Below, I've indicated two distances. On either side of the guernsey, there is the difference between the outermost point of the black outline and the white LB.


Look how much bigger the distance is on the left-hand-side; it's basically 400% as long. Thus when the background is black, the distance between the half-way point of the image and the edge of the LB is uneven, as illustrated below.



And so, the mystery of the mysteriously unaligned logo (which actually, technically is aligned) has been solved.

All-in-all though it says more about our logo than our merch.
