ahh, that makes sense. But then why not a half dozen half dozens? A "gross" still seems like a pretty arbitrary number to me.

It's not that 59FIFTYs are unpopular, they're just ordering the wrong amount of each size.

I remember seeing a shitload of teal 59s in megahead sizes leftover but nothing in normal human sizes, so they just need to tweak their order quantities, or they can be super lazy and just get snapbacks instead.

Unfortunately it looks like they've decided to do the later.

I've become okay with Snapbacks. I'm not really sure why I ever disliked them, and I now own a few.

The white on black 59fifty is untouchable in it's glory though.

I'm also guessing our margins on the New Era stock are pretty low which is why they are looking to ensure everything sells.

Yeah they're fine but I do like the fitted ones more and it wouldn't be that hard to order sizes in accordance with a bell curve.

In the duodecimal system 144 makes just as much sense as 100 in the decimal system and 6 x 6 makes as little sense as 5 x 5.

Tis contrary yes..someone on Twitter said they rang the club and none shall be available. Major disappoints - although our current guernsey won't be as nice as the last couple years in long sleeve as I reckn the panel would detract from the aesthetics

If you ever need to contact them then I wouldn't recommend Twitter, they tend to ignore most people for some reason. I'd suggest IG or FB or get on the old dog and bone.

My face when Big Ben confirmed no more PA monogram 59fiftys. No more 59fiftys at all.

Say it ain't so!!!! My head doesn't fit snapbacks. ****! I'm going to have to go back to buying other random 59Fiftys.

Since the 90s I've only worn fitted, even though it used to be bloody impossible to get them, so at least now it is bloody easy to get them but still disappointing I won't be wearing a PA cap at games anymore.

Dissapointed in the Port Store.

Turns out theyre not getting the grey polos in anymore. On top of that the range they have in there now is extremely dissapointing. $90 for a plain black hoodie with the PA logo printed on it. Carn.

I just busted out my last unworn 59fifty PA hat after the Sydney win. Upon hearing the news the club will be mothballing this hat I'm calling on anyone who's hit upon a way of preserving such garments in as close to original condition as possible to share them here. I've previously tried scotch guard but it doesn't really do anything....

If true, I cannot fathom why. Unless there is a directive from above to stop selling B&W merch, it just doesn't make sense.
Even if there was such an instruction, surely these caps could fit within the Magpies range.

It's the best bit of merch the club has EVER produced and was a huge part of our revival.
To kill it is rolled gold stupidity.

There are currently no B&W PA caps of any sort on the Port Store, one game into the season.
They have a camo one, a black on black one, and the pink on black for da laydees.
But no white on black cap.

In fact the only piece of wearable merch with a white PA on it is this,
