I'm a greyhound but the Wingard PI I have is a second flesh. It's great under, say, an unbuttoned shirt, but that's the best mileage i get out of it. I will never let go of a Wingard B&F breakout year PI, though. Such a sexy piece of material.

Same. Except I sometimes wear it as an amulet

Before I started smashing out km's on the bike I had a bit of a gut. Nothing huge, but a gut nonetheless. I found a 2013 player issue heritage prison bar with our names on it on ebay in a medium and bought it, thinking I could pull it off. Wore it to a game one night and as I was walking back to my car with my girlfriend opposite the casino a group of drunk guys were walking towards us and one of them said "Hey, that guernsey isn't too small for you at all", followed by muffled laughter from the group. I had just been completely owned. Never wore it again, and sold it at the first available opportunity. Funny thing is it'd probably fit me now with change.

I've got a few PI's (Ebert, Gray, O'Shea). Thought the O'Shea might fit, tried to put it on, took 10 minutes to try and get it off without ruining it.

Ok, so here's the process I used and some quick and dirty snaps of the cap to show how it worked.

Original PA cap from the first batch sold.
Peak was fading to brown in patches and the underside of the peak had a stain.

Comparison to the new PA Cap, bought in 2014, which looks dark grey in the photo but is acceptable black.

This is the dye I used, DYLON Velvet Black Fabric Dye.
Follow the instructions on the pack

1. Run on a delicate cycle (40°C / 400 spin).
2. Throw in a couple of other items to dye (I threw in a black hoodie and a shirt).
3. Wash again on delicate cycle to remove excess dye.
4. Dry with a ball or something round in the cap to hold it's shape.

One mistake I made was running the cap through a prewash without the dye first and then a third wash after so the peak has softened quite a bit and the front of the cap has lost its shape. I'm hoping that once it dries completely these things will be rectified. I also suspect it has shrunk slightly but I can stretch that out with my massive bonce.

Here is the finished product, showing the inside of cap.

How are you going to do the teal breather holes? Where are you planning on putting your bf username?

Coles sometimes stocks it but Spotlight is the place to go.

For a front loader, pour in the dye granules, then cover with about 500g of salt, put in the fabric to be dyed and then run on a delicate cycle.

Easy.
Its amazing how the PA didn't turn black too ;)

My Ryder PI is an XL with 2 x length and its the greatest thing ever. It fits well and covers my plumbers. All guernseys should come with that option.
