And that says we now have some depth - they have played less than 10 games between them this year yet, in a team getting regularly thrashed, we are ahead on the status from last year.

That's a definate positive.

Mathieson's read off quite a few of Martins taps were very promising.

For a first year player his read off stoppages is very impressive and something to build on.

Mayes, just really like his coolness under pressure. Along with Cutler's line breaking ability could be a real force off half back to come. They are both good users of the ball too.

I think it is more the Lambert's tbh than Leppa. Players were disgruntled last year, then Lambert came along, now players are united. Definitly no coincidence

Haha, sorry about that. I think it was a bit of an in joke...with myself.

Last week my positive was "This week we're not the worst team in QLD" (or something like that) - GC were beaten by Essendon, while we had a win.
So this week we're "still not the worst team in QLD", as GC got smashed by Collingwood by 71 points. Whereas Beisbane were beaten by Geelong by a mere 60 points.
