I did, Travelled from Melbourne- sure game was ordinary but never seen us beat suns before so a positive for me.

I might be having trouble with coping with footy - get a wee bit too stressed watching games. Hope I can get back to watching without the gut clenching ridiculousness I now experience. Any advice on achieving this is welcome.

And if that fails, I might start locking my phone and computer in the car and parking it a few kms from home so I quit posting during games.

Maybe press record and watch the game later once you already know the result, without the emotion attached.

The season will finally be over in a week’s time.
The best season the club has had in quite some time, will be over in a weeks time!

I tend to sit in darkness with the TV on mute drinking some very strong whiskey. Turns off the pain button. So when we are ordinary or getting pumped it doesn't hurt. Then of course it makes winning even better.

I find listening to the radio is a lot less stressful....can't see all the fumbling or the kick on its way and seeing that its going to land in opposition hands.

Mind you, I only listen to the radio if I'm at mums and no tv coverage.....if home I still put myself through all the stress!

That's my modus operandi every week and I usually follow the game on the footy app which I find far less stressful than watching the game live.

I was listening to a game on radio and i heard Mayes got the ball and then he was tackled and the opposition scored. Almost the same as watching as the result was the same. o_O

Wish they wouldn't keep asking about the game against the suns. Nobody needs to be reminded of that awful game

I’m looking forward to the day when broadcasters actually give you the preference as to what you listen to when watching the game. To be honest, listening to the ‘sounds of the game’ would be my preferred option.

The problem I find watching games on TV and the radio, which I don’t, is the delay between the two mediums.

Received the All for One Gournsey. Great initiative by the club and absolutely love the design.
I am heading in for a presentation of the guernsey a casual breaky and a tour of the football department tomorrow morning at the Gabba.

Very much looking forward to the tour, I have never been down to the depths of the Gabba before.

Can’t wait!

Report required please Dlions..

oh and enjoy!!

Just realized we've won twice as many games against top 8 sides than Collingwood have this year..

Geez they've had an easy run as far the fixture went though... played top 8 sides only 8 times, travel interstate only 5 times, 11 & 10 respectively for us. Free kick's paid to them against PA last round was absolutely disgusting again, the count was 19 to 11. Looking forward to seeing them crash & burn come September..
