Positive: Learnt to not go to the footy tanked after an arvo on the sauce. My posts were way to negative during the game.

After Sydney, we've got:

Rd 7-- Port (away)
Rd 8--Collingwood (home)
Rd 9--Melbourne (away)
Rd 11-- Carlton (away)
Rd 12--Freo (home)

We're not a good side at the moment and no matches are gimmes, but we should be a competitive shot of winning 5 out of our next 6. If we have a good run and pick up 3 of those 5, we'd already have reached our 2015 win total by round 12.

And then throw in some potential for wins in R14 (Richmond), R18 (Ess), R19 (Port), R21 (Carl), R23 (StK) - is it wrong to dream of 9 wins?

You forgot Round 10 against Hawthorn at home. Even GWS are smashing them these days.

A big positive is we are no longer carrying passengers. Or have to carry them. People under heat are Taylor and mayes. If we are able to push 2 talents like that out we are in a goodish spot.

This year against any team we are a red hot chance at the Gabba... We'll definitely win a couple more games this year at home. We do seem to be poor away unfortunately. Hopefully that changes as the side garners more experiemce

Only to be expected with a largely inexperienced group that they will struggle with both the travel and the hostility of away crowds.

AS they mature and get both physically and mentally stronger, we can rightfully expect the away performances to improve.

Until then, it's going to be a battle.

Went for a hike this morning and had to bail a third of the way in when the three of us found we'd gathered 50 leaches between us on our shoes/ankles.:bug:

Made it home in time to see our team show a bit of heart :hearts:

Collingwood brought back to earth by the weagles, 62 point flogging. Only thing that would make today better was if we pinched that win.
