One thing that has been a real positive has been Charlie's kicking, was my biggest concerns when we landed him. Give him credit thou, hes been really solid at goals and general field kicking as been great too.

Theres an article from the Herald that points Charlie as being the best kick over first 8 rounds.

No doubt he's been worth every bit of pick 12, glad we just got the trade done in the end

Of the bottom seven, the Bombers are the best performer against the top 11, with a record of 2-3 and a percentage of 84.3, while Brisbane’s percentage of 67.3 is the next-best.

Reading between the lines:

- players who are improving and doing what the coaches want are getting games.
- the team talk is all about doing your best and then do better.

IMO it won't be long before they start winning and once they get a break through the wins will keep coming.
