Given Bell has sat on the board and was likely instrumental in removing our last coach (who was tied to Rosich) I can see where you are coming from.

Maybe I'm naive, but Garlick was appointed independent of Bell and the board should be prepared to make decisions when outcomes are not being met - regardless of who is in the positions they govern.

What do all those great Premiership Clubs (Lions, Hawks, Richmond and Geelong) have in common?..

They all started their builds, made finals and all had a dip in the road before success.

Lions 98, Hawks 09, Richmond 16 and Geelong 06.
