Positives for me from this game were Apeness and Kersten, 2 players who I thought were on the way out, but seem to have new lease on life. Also Giro showing some real class.

You forgot Sheridan our new tackling machine with 8 tackles.

But seriously, he does appear to be playing his role and if you let him forward he seems to get a goal or two a game, pretty valuable when your team is Freo.

- B. Hill

To come back into the team, and potentially:

- Bennell
- Darcy
- Logue
- McCarthy (in-form)

And I can’t think of more than 1-2 players who don’t belong in the side at present.

This is going to be a far more pleasant bye week than the last two years.

Actually looking forward to a lot of teams smashing each other this weekend while we wait on the return of a number of stars.

It teetered on the brink for a week or two but now I can't wait to get back to Optus to see the team continue to develop.

I really liked Matera's game on the weekend. After re watching the game you can see that his team mates dish hand balls off to him because of his kicking.
And we all remember "That" goal! Wowee that was nice.

Around 6 of the last 9 games at home. We should get bennell,tabener,Darcy,brad hill in the teAm. We win most the games at home and we are a sneaky chance of finals

I know he played a good 4-6 weeks down back towards the back end of 2017, but i think its very clear hes a midfielder.
His foot skills are just not good enough to play that sweeping half back role.

While we have Wilson, Ryan, Hill and now Cerra down there we can certainly get more value from him in the midfield.
