I posted earlier about a local cafe/baker who moved into home delivery a few months ago to stay in business and keep staff employed. We've been ordering regularly and just now their delivery van turned up with a complimentary package which included a hand written letter to say thank you for your business and how important it is to them.

It kinda begs the question why doesn't everyone do business like this?
