Got to admit I like his approach to the fans.

Yep, he's doing all the right things so far.

The most pleasing point for me is acknowledgement of needing a proper social club or place to belong. I have a captains club membership and have been to the pregame room once...

I can live with wankfests but cliches, I can only take one week at a time. But I suppose each go their own. That's the way the cookie crumbles.
