I said to myself today is the day I'm going to put in some effort and get through some of my back log of work.

Well I rocked in close to 10am, went to the pub for lunch at 12, rocked back in at 2.40 then went out for coffee with work mates for an hour..
Going home at 4.30, CBF'd now.

Fair to say its been a productive day
