TRADING, TEAMS AND SCORECARDS
Rules, rules, rules.
Rules for TRADING during Finals:
Each player may make TWO trades per week; however, all trades MUST be nominated between when the scores for the previous round are announced (usually Sunday evening, unless I'm doing something else) and 11.59 pm on the Thursday evening before the game. I WILL be strict on this during the finals, as this should ensure that the simmers/posting committee don't get any advantage.
You may now delist yourself as one of your 2 weekly changes should you choose. However, you may still only have any player on your team once.
NO TRADING BETWEEN CAPTAINS WILL BE PERMITTED DURING FINALS.
You may nominate a Captain and a Vice-captain every week during finals. The Captain will have his score doubled, and the Vice- captain will have half of his score added onto your total. If you do not nominate a Captain and Vice-Captain, they will be deemed to be the FIRST and SECOND players on your scorecard.
The Finals Matchups for the following week will be announced in the thread when the weekly scorecards are tallied and posted. It is a seeded elimination process, like a tennis tournament.
The eliminated Captains have been edited out of this OP. Thank you all for playing. I might be a bit stricter on entry next season - as usual, inactives spoil it a bit. All the players from the eliminated teams (excluding the Captains) have been put back into the draft pool - there are some real gems in there if you look.

There will be a draft to select new teams for the Grand final. The Draft order is determined by the finishing order at the end of the minor round. Each captain will have an exclusive window of 2 hours to make their selection before the next player can enter the draft.

FINALS:
After round 14, the top 32 teams will play a knockout finals series to determine a QFD Champion.
- In the first round, the top-ranked team after round 14 will play the 32nd-ranked team in Match 1; the 2nd-placed team will play the 31st in Match 2 and so on up to Match 16. There are no double chances.
- In the second round the winner of Match 1 will play the winner of Match 16 in Match 17, etc. up to Match 24
- For the third round, the winner of Match 17 will play the winner of Match 24 in Match 25, etc.up to Match 28
- The Semi-Final and Grand Final formats are set out below.
During all finals, including the Semi-Finals and the Grand Final, each QFD Captain may nominate a Captain and a Vice-Captain. The Captain will score double points for that team, and the Vice Captain will earn his team a 50% bonus on his score (rounded up, if necessary). If the QFD Captain does not nominate these, the Captaincy and Vice-Captaincy of their team will be the first two players on their scorecard.
For the Semi-Final which will be held in the first round of the SFA Finals series, there will be a fresh draft between the participating captains.
All existing teams will be dissolved, and all the SFA players from the 8 participating SFA finalists will go back into a selection pool. There will only be four QFD Captains remaining in the hunt for the title by this time, so each player will only be available once. The selection order for this draft will be decided by the rankings of the Quarter-final winners - the winner of match 25 will have first selection; Match 26 victor will have pick 2; Match 27 winner pick 3 and match 28 winner pick 4. Unlike the original draft, this order will not alternate between rounds. Again, each player will have a time window of TWO HOURS to make their selection or slide down the order. Any missed selections at the end will be randomly allocated
For the Grand Final, which will be held during the second round of the SFA finals, once again the teams will be dissolved, and the SFA players from the 4 teams who are playing in that round of the SFA finals will be made available for both captains to select in turn, with the winner of Match 29 having the first pick.
FOR THE GRAND FINAL, THE TEAMS WILL CONSIST OF 10 PLAYERS. Once again, there will be a time limit on selections, and the Captains must nominate a Captain and Vice Captain from their selections.
