Going to the tennis I pack a heap of stuff ranging from a change of clothes, to ice water, to deodorant, etc. Is a huge slog. Thats why i only go once every 5 years maybe.

I'll never understand this.. ppl walk around with a shitload of bacteria crawling all over our skin, + some filth yes most likely. But its YOUR filth.. who the hell cares if its on you or floating in the water around you.

Evening shower, dont wanna climb into bed dirty.
Also Cold showers (lukewarm if its a freezing cold day) but baths hot, should be sweating.

I usually have 3 showers a day.
Not sure, wife floated the idea yesterday but we both get pretty tight necks and my shoulders are always pretty bad.
