Does anyone send in positive feedback for businesses or for excellent staff members? I've been trying to do it more and more lately if applicable.

I don't but I've thought about it at times. Does that count?

Also, props to you for doing so.
Haha not to the staff ;)
Xtreme only does it for poor service.
Everyone does that though hence why I'm trying to provide positive rather than negative. Obviously if you have a bad experience then that's fine, it's just no one does it the other way.

I'm wondering what spoon is generally considered the best for consuming cereals - specifically either Weet-Bix or Nutri Grain. I often opt for a dessert spoon rather than a soup spoon as I don't think we have cereal spoons. Is dessert spoon acceptable considering it was primarily designed for desserts?

Definitely a dessert spoon. I don't know anyone that uses a soup spoon for eating cereal.

I've worked in complaints for a financial institution.

For a period of time before being promoted from phones > complex issues I was the front line "hi this is sam from *company*" when you called the complaints/compliments/suggestions phone number off the website, in about 7 months I probably took about 5 compliment calls.

So nah not very common.

The process if you get q customer compliment from a customer at our organisation

- team leader sends around email
- says well done
- take next complaint call where campaigner is upset about problem which they think is important and I don't care about but fake empathy and understanding

Costco?

What's the go with it?

Why is it different to other supermarkets?

Am I missing out on anything
> have to buy a membership to shop there
> everything is sold in bulk, like massive bulk. like a year's worth of bog roll bulk
> prices are dirt cheap
> one giant warehouse, shithouse parking - bit like an IKEA trip

Big supermarket chain from the States. Its different from other supermarkets because you can literally buy just about anything you want there, and in bulk as well at pretty decent prices.

Theres brand name clothes (Tommy Hilfiger, Nautica, Ben Sherman etc.) and food (fresh fruit and veg, meat, bakery, frozen items etc.). They also sell electronics, alcohol, plants, homewares, and lots of other things I've probably forgotten.

Apparently you can buy laptops, cameras etc there too. I feel so out of touch, I still thought they were just a giant bulk grocery warehouse lol

We had FAL in Canningvale but I don't know if it is still there or not.
I don't think you could just walk in off the street there you had to have some kind of membership. There also used to be a place just past the Nicholson/Ranford intersection. It was big and the facade was orange but I can't remember what it was called and I'm not sure it's there anymore either. A lot of their stock had Indonesian packaging and by that I mean the packaging was exactly the same as you'd see at coles but the writing was Indonesian.

My Dad got my Grandfather's war medals all redone. Polished, new ribbons etc. He gave them to my youngest boy when he visited in summer.

I was thinking of wearing them to a Remembrance Day service. What is etiquette for clothes in that situation? Can I just wear a tidy shirt, blazer etc. Or should I wear a suit and tie?

What do people think about this?

The U.K. Is taxing the tampon as a "luxury item" so couple birds went outside government house wearing white pants and I guess no knickers and bled all over the joint.

(plz use restrain and avoid using "I think it's an ovary-action" it's too obvious)

I agree that the tax sounds stupid. Unsure what I think about the girl yet.
